Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Absolutely. Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. It is something that can develop naturally with practice. Yoga is about working with your body as it is, not forcing it into a certain shape.
You can view our available classes and reserve your space directly through the Auralaya website. We recommend booking ahead, as class sizes may be limited to create a more comfortable and intentional experience.
Yes. Private sessions offer a more personal experience tailored to your goals, comfort level, and individual practice. They can be especially helpful if you are new to yoga, want more individual guidance, or simply prefer a quieter setting.
Not at all. While yoga is an important part of Auralaya, our approach to wellness extends far beyond the mat. We offer experiences such as sound baths, singing bowl therapy, pranamayas, meditation, and other practices centered around rest, mindfulness, movement, and overall wellbeing. Auralaya is designed as a space where different paths to wellness can come together, allowing you to explore what feels most meaningful to you.
Auralaya was created with the belief that wellness should feel personal, welcoming, and intentional. We care about more than how a practice looks. We care about how you feel when you leave. Our goal is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make wellbeing a meaningful part of your everyday life.
You can stay connected with Auralaya through our website, Instagram, and Facebook. We share updates on upcoming classes, workshops, special events, and everything new happening within the Auralaya community.

Look for classes marked as beginner friendly or suitable for all levels. These classes move at an approachable pace and give you time to become comfortable with the foundations of the practice.
